MPP wary about upcoming budget

The Ontario Liberal government is gearing up to deliver a new budget next Tuesday, but Chatham-Kent Essex MPP Rick Nicholls is not expecting much.

In fact, he believes with the province facing a $16-billion deficit, some of the promised spending by the Liberals will go by the wayside.
