Anjema not going anywhere

Chatham eye surgeon Dr. Chris Anjema is staying put.
Anjema said recently he has researched offers to move his practice to western Canada but has opted to remain in Chatham.
“My patients are happy with my decision,” he said. “They didn’t want to see me go.”

He said Chatham-Kent Essex MPP Rick Nicholls has been helpful in terms of making the Ministry of Health aware of the challenges facing physicians and patients in rural Ontario.
