With Ontario’s debt and deficit levels running wildly out of control, Rick delivers a firm response to yet another “same old, same old” Bill. Rick believes that business owners want a hand up, not a hand-out. If we’re going to create jobs for Southwest Ontario, it will be done by making Ontario a place that welcomes business, NOT by driving up provincial debt with zero spending accountability.
